Recurrent Giant Basilar Artery Aneurysm

The patient presented by Jose Danilo B. DIESTRO (Canada) is a 70-year-old woman who presented with the sudden onset of a severe headache. Imaging showed intraventricular and subarachnoid hemorrhages and a giant, wide-necked basilar aneurysm, which was initially treated with coils.

Follow-up of this patient showed significant recurrence at 3 and 6 months, both treated with eClips bifurcation flow diverters and coils.
