Iroda Mammadinova (Kazakhstan) presents the case of a 45-year-old woman with a history of two ischemic strokes in the right MCA territory, occurring 10 and 8 years ago. The patient presented with headaches and vertigo prompting an MRI and a DCA that revealed a fenestrated basilar artery aneurysm.
She was treated with two flow diverters using transradial and transfemoral approaches.
