Timely recanalization of a left M2 occlusion in a low-NIHSS stroke

A 76-year-old, previously independent male presented one hour after symptom onset with speech impairment, aphasia, and dyscalculia.

Imaging revealed a proximal M2 occlusion. Mechanical thrombectomy was performed using a NeVa T-3S stent retriever, highlighting the value of early treatment even in low NIHSS stroke presentations.
