The patient is a 39-year-old male patient with a history of osteosynthesis of the mandible and wrist after a car accident. In November 2015, he presented to hospital with thunderclap headache. At that time, the initial CT showed important bleeding and the angiogram showed a 6mm Acom aneurysm. He was treated with balloon remodeling technique. Pre OP XperCT showed acute hydrocephalus and the patient got a shunt. He was discharged one month later with no neurological impairment. 6 years after, the angiogram shows a recurrence of the Acom aneurysm. How the Bicêtre team (Paris) will manage this case?
