  • 12-year-old boy with a history of increasing headaches of 15 days of evolution

 

Figure 1: Partially thrombosed MCA/ ICA dissecting aneurysm

Figure 2: DSA shows a dissecting aneurysm involving the right ICA and MCA previous its bifurcation. TBO shows good leptomeningeal collaterals of the  M2 superior trunk.
