CT was interpreted as ASPECTS 9, CTA showed M1 occlusion, with 9mm thrombus, with good collaterals
MT was performed in GA, right side transfemoral approach
Setup: Neuronmax, ACE 68, 3max – synchro 14
ACE 68 was connected to the cyclic pump with 2min aspiration
TICI 3 score was obtained in first try
The cloth was ingested with all size into the ACE, also it was noticed that cloth was wider in diameter than catheter
