The patient is a 58-year-old woman with a history of a ruptured right MCA aneurysm and an incidental ACom aneurysm in 1992, both treated with coils. Follow-up showed that the right MCA aneurysm had recurrently ruptured.
It was decided to treat the patient with a flow diverter at a bifurcation. A balloon occlusion test was performed to determine at which bifurcation the flow diverter would be placed.
