This case of a 48-year-old male with no known comorbidities or past medical history is presented by Vishnu Prasad PULAPPADI (INDIA). The patient presented with episodic headaches and right-sided tinnitus. Further investigations revealed a dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) involving the right anterior condylar veins with multiple feeders.
Due to challenging surgical access, the surgical team opted for transvenous embolization using coils.
