Discover the case of a 32 year-old female suffering with multiple intracranial aneurysms, including an unruptured AChoA. She had an history of previous clipping of ruptured left ICA bifurcation aneurysm. The team decided to treat the unruptured AChoA in the endovascular way with stent-assisted coiling. However, she suffered from a stroke and left hemiparesis a few days after the embolization... Back to the hospital, angiogram revealed an ICA occlusion. How did the team manage this complication?
