Discover the case of a 64 year-old female with a fusiform right MCA aneurysm detected in MRI, after an headache episode. Various treatment options were considered: reconstructive vs deconstructive, endovascular (stents, coils...) or surgical treatments (clips, by-pass...)... Finally, the team opted for endovascular treatment. However, a complication occured during the procedure: the stent dropped! It necessitated a new strategy, based on a 2nd flow diverter with proximal telescoping stent technique. How did the procedure go?
