Discover the case of a 49 year-old male referred to the hospital for a persistant headache, nausea-vomiting and mild L-Hemiparesis. CT scan and MRI revealed a right-sided hematoma with edema, and DSA showed a type IV DAVF. Team decided to treat it by injection of PHIL through bi-femoral approach.
