In this live case from Nuremberg General Hospital, Markus Holtmannspötter and team perform transarterial embolization of a recurrent left lateral dural AVF in an 81-year-old male. Originally treated in 2014, the dAVF had recurred with progressive pulsatile tinnitus and sleep disturbance over the past two years. The primary arterial feeder arose from the parietal branch of the middle meningeal artery, with additional supply from the superficial temporal and posterior meningeal arteries. A liquid embolic agent was used via MMA access to achieve occlusion.
