Accessing and treatment of a ruptured cerebellar AVM

Discover the case of a 66-year-old woman presenting with sudden headache, vomiting, vertigo, a Glasgow score of 13, and cerebellar syndrome. Imaging revealed a cerebellar hematoma with associated bleeding but no visible arteriovenous shunt. Further investigations eventually uncovered a hidden vermian AVM, draining from the collicular to the precentral vein.
