Discover the case of a 86 years-old female, with an history of chronic arrhythmia / atrial fibrillation under anticoagulation, HBP and cured breast cancer. She was admitted for subacute ischemia of the right upper limb, and Angio-CT revealed a right humeral artery clot. On the next day, she was scheduled for a vascular surgery.
