In this live case from St Michael's Hospital, Toronto, a 59-year-old patient with bilateral incidental MCA aneurysms underwent treatment of the right-sided aneurysm using an intrasaccular flow-diverting device. The patient had two prior failed interventions—surgical clipping in 2014, which led to transient left hemiplegia, and an unsuccessful coiling attempt. Preprocedural planning based on MRI imaging guided the final choice of device, enabling a safe and effective procedure.
