Watch now as Prof. Vitor Mendes Pereira and his team perform a live brain AVM embolization during LINNC PARIS 2023. The patient, a 50-year-old male with no previous medical history, presented in June 2022 with a left fronto-temporal intracranial hemorrhage. Despite an excellent recovery with residual mild hemiparesis and dysphasia, a follow-up angiogram several months later revealed the presence of the brain AVM in the frontal-temporal region. To address the patient's condition, the medical team opted for a reverse pressure cooker technique.
