This e-poster presents a pediatric case of a 4-year-old child admitted with severe headache and vomiting, with a medical history of right hemispheric hemorrhage at six months of age. Imaging revealed a Heubner’s micro-AVM that had been invisible on the initial imaging performed during infancy. Faced with this rare and challenging situation, the team evaluated the available therapeutic options and selected an endovascular strategy to treat this young patient.
