A 78-year-old male is discovered by his wife on the floor, he is suffering from right hemiplegia and aphasia. The patient has chronic arrhythmia / atrial fibrillation and high blood pressure diabetes. He is transferred to the nearest stroke center. One hour after NHISS is 14.
