The patient is a 60-year-old female, right-handed. She has a history of migraine untreated. She is a smoker and suffers from high blood pressure. MRI is performed to assess dizziness but the result is an incidental finding of an isolated right MCA aneurysm. Watch now this live case managed by Dr. Jildaz Caroff, from the Paris Bicêtre team.
