CASE PRESENTATION

  • Patient, 64 years-old, admitted 4 hours after symptoms onset of left hemiplegia and right gaze deviation
  • NIHSS=15
  • CT scan at admission: ASPECTScore 10
  • Angio-CT: right distal M1 occlusion
  • rTPA started and the patient was transferred to Thrombectomy
