Dive into the case of a 51-year-old male with SAH and a GCS of 15/15. An initial angiogram indicated an A1 aneurysm. Dissection was planned, followed by FD placement upon crossing. However, an angiogram from the left ICA revealed a fenestration in the right A1 with an aneurysm stemming from the division.
