FDS Intussusception

Explore the case of a 55-year-old Thai male who presented with a severe headache and slow response but no motor weakness. Imaging revealed bilateral unruptured middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms and a ruptured vertebrobasilar junction (VBJ) aneurysm. During flow diverter stent (FDS) assisted coiling for the VBJ aneurysm, FDS intussusception occurred.
