Case

Clinical Presentation

  • 57 years old gentleman developed generalized tonic clonic seizure.
  • CT Venogram showed filling defect of the left transverse and sigmoid sinuses and proximal internal jugular vein with left cerebral and cerebellar acute venous infarction.
  • MRI showed high flow left-sided dural AV fistula with secondary venous hypertension.
