Case
Clinical Presentation
57 years old gentleman developed generalized tonic clonic seizure.
CT Venogram showed filling defect of the left transverse and sigmoid sinuses and proximal internal jugular vein with left cerebral and cerebellar acute venous infarction.
MRI showed high flow left-sided dural AV fistula with secondary venous hypertension.
