This case involves an 18-year-old male with sudden right-side weakness and slurred speech, diagnosed with a dissecting basilar artery aneurysm. Imaging showed fusiform dilation and midbrain and pontine infarcts. Treated with flow diversion (FD) and coiling, follow-up revealed significant regression of the dissection. The patient recovered well, with only mild speech issues. Dive into this case to explore the effective use of FD and coiling for complex basilar aneurysms.
