A 27-year-old female patient presented with constant headaches in last couple of years. Images showed aneurysm on the left ICA depicted in "carotid cave” segment.

27 y/o female with constant headaches in last couple of years
During workup , aneurysm on the left ICA was depicted in "carotid cave” segment
Patient opted for treatment and Flow Diverter was chosen
Medication: she was prepared with double antiaggregation therapy with ticagrelor and aspirin.
TREATMENT APPROACH
Due to size, Silk Vista was chosen 3.75x15
Dyna CT confirmed good apposition to the vessel wall so the team didn't apply PTa.
Good stasis of contrast in aneurysm on the angio images.
RESULT
The postprocedural stay was uneventful as she was discharged home.
