WEB embolization for a small ruptured anterior communicating aneurysm

The patient, a 58-year-old woman, was diagnosed with acute pulmonary edema after being admitted to the emergency department following sudden headaches, nausea, and a vomiting episode. The treatment for the pulmonary edema didn't improve her symptoms, so she underwent an AngioCT, which revealed a small ruptured ACom aneurysm.
