M1 Occlusion and Previous NeuroSurgery

A 73-year-old woman with a previous history of brain surgery presented to hospital with left hemiplegia. One hour after the onset of symptoms, the imaging confirmed an occlusion of the right MCA (M1).
In the emergency unit, she received an intravenous tPA and was then transferred to a stroke centre where a thrombectomy was performed. Watch the video and follow the outcomes.
