This case study presents the application of the Transvenous Retrograde Pressure Cooker technique in a 20-year-old male patient with a history of intracerebral hemorrhage (IPH) caused by a cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). After undergoing radiosurgery in 2016, the patient underwent digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in 2021, six years post-radiosurgery, to assess treatment outcomes.
