A 32-year-old male patient with no medical and familial history suffered from sudden deafness, vertigo, and tinnitus. As the otoscopic examination was normal and his steroid treatment was without efficiency for 5 days, an MRI was performed and revealed a tumor, comprising the left petrous apex and the jugular foramen without intradural component.
