A 34-year-old woman is suffering from acute facial nerve paralysis. MRI revealed an 8 mm ACOM aneurysm with a very loopy carotid siphon. Two working projections were analyzed. The team finally decided to treat the patient with WEB device. The patient was premedicated with aspirin and Ticagrelor.
