A 50 years old male patient presenting a large unruptured but symptomatic (epilepsy, focal deficit) Arteriovenous Malformation Spetzler-Martin grade V located on the left side in the calcarine sulcus. Here the discussion focused on treatment decision, embolization technics and management of complications.
