A 35-year-old male, chronic alcoholic, presented following an episode of generalized tonic-clonic seizure after binge drinking. On examination, the patient was conscious and oriented, with a GCS of E4V5M6, and showed no neurological deficits. Laboratory investigations were unremarkable, and anti-epileptic treatment was initiated.
