Last update on November 15, 2019

Watch this conference to discover the case of a 11 years-old girl with no medical history, who suddenly presented with severe occipital headache and neck rigidity. CT scan revealed subarachnoid haemorrhage with ventricular bleeding, and CTA showed a clear cranio-cervical vascular abnormality: a direct fistula between the vertebral artery and the sub-occipital cavernous sinus, with reflux to the marginal sinus, internal vertebral venous plexus and posterior meningeal veins. Furthermore, there was a small aneurysm on the latter. What was the treatment’s strategy, and how did it go? Watch it now to find out!
