Special rates for 2021 edition:

Cancellation policy

Cancellation should be notified in writing by email to the registrations department at :   [email protected]

Ticket is fully refundable in case of impossibility to join the congress physically due to the pandemic situation. An official document may be required.

Registration

• Cancellation received until September 20, 2021: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
• Cancellation received after September 20, 2021: no refund
• All modifications and cancellations must be notified in writing to Europa Organisation

The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
