First-timer registration

Registration cancellation / modification policy

Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:

From 21 September to 25 October 2019: 50% Refund
No refund will be made after 26 October 2019

Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. Each name change will be charged SGD 150. - They won’t be possible on site. The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
