Igor Pagiola presents the case of a 57-year-old woman who experienced a sudden onset of headaches, without any other symptoms. Imaging revealed a hematoma in the right parietal lobe, accompanied by significant surrounding edema. Further evaluation using DSA (ICA and ECA views) identified a dural arteriovenous fistula originating from the occipital artery. The surgical team opted for arterial access using a guiding catheter.
