Recurrent restenosis of multiple intracranial stenosis: a case report

Discover the case of a 30-year-old man with recurrent dizziness for one year, presented by Pengyu PAN (Shenyang). The patient was diagnosed with intracranial artery stenosis at a local hospital, but conservative treatment failed to relieve the symptoms.

After further examination, multiple intracranial stenoses were identified. The initial plan of the surgical team was to treat the right (more severe) stenosis first with a stent and then proceed with the left M1.

Unfortunately, post-op, the patient experienced several recurrences: find out the diagnosis and the management strategy adopted by the surgical team.
