What do I do now ?
Find out how the operator handled a complication that arose during the procedure. This was the case of a 43-year-old-woman, suffering for 3 years from right trigeminal neuralgia (TN). The MRI had showed an AICA-V nerve compression. She was treated with carbamazepine, then switched to oxcarbazepine, and was recommended a percutaneous balloon compression of the trigeminal ganglion. During the intervention the operators observed an excessive bleeding through needle. Watch video.
