In this live case from Presidential Hospital, Almaty, Kazakhstan, a 56-year-old man with a ruptured right occipital AVM and associated intraventricular hemorrhage underwent transarterial embolization using Onyx. The patient presented with an mRS of 2 and left homonymous hemianopia. Imaging revealed three flow-related aneurysms. The treatment strategy combined aneurysm coiling, arterial embolization, and transvenous embolization to achieve complete occlusion.
