Find out the case of this 49-year-old female patient with a history of surgery for Graves-Basedow’s disease, bilateral deafness treated with cochlear implant, autoimmune cirrhosis with portal hypertension, esophageal varices, auto-immune thrombocytopenia, and high blood pressure. In 2015, she was treated for multiple aneurysms. Five years later, CTA showed some increasing size of the right bifurcation of the MCA. Watch now how Pr.
