Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation received until December 17, 2026: no fees charged
- Cancellation received from December 18, 2026: a fee of USD 25 will be charged

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
