Registration cancellation / modification policy
Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation received until September 14, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation received from September 15, 2026: no refund
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. They won't be possible on site.
The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
