Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:

Cancellation received until February 12, 2026: no fees charged
Cancellation received from February 13, 2026: a fee of USD 25 will be charged

Cancellation requests must be sent to the registration department by email at: [email protected]

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
