Registration fees include: access to the conference room, a congress document case, coffee breaks and luncheons.

Net Prices

*As a Fellow, Resident, Graduate Student or Angio suite staff & Nurse, you benefit from reduced rates. A proof of status is required for fee application. It can be a copy of your work card, a letter from your Head of Department stamped and signed or a copy of your student card.

Regular registration

Registration cancellation / modification policy

Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation received until September 15, 2025: 50% refund
• Cancellation received from September 16, 2025: no refund

Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. They won't be possible on site.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
