Basilar artery aneurysm through right transbrachial artery approach

Patient 2 IB ( 73 yo, sy Leriche, occlusion of both illiac art.).
Basilar artery aneurysm, 9x8.
Right transbrachial artery approach.
It was decided to place web device: web sl 10x6.
As in first case
device was protruding into parent artery, with cloth on right lateral web sl edge.
Bolus dosage of integrilin was given.
And stent LVIS jr was placed into right p1 with push in a T fashion across the web device, so the flares ended up in left p1.
Control angiograms were normal.
Patient was discharged a few days after.
