The central region of Brazil was the hot spot for neurovascular disease discussion the past 14-15th of May. During these days, Drs. Wilson Novais and Elias Rabahi organized a great event In the city of Cuiaba. Interventional neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons from all over Brazil gathered for two intense days of discussions. The event counted with Professor Jacques Moret from Paris, France as the special guest and main lecturer.
Discussions were held around hot topics like brain AVM management, flow diverters, stroke, dural fistulas and atheromatous diseases. Moreover, we had the opportunity to heard great lectures about vascular anatomy, vasospasm and intensive care management of SAH.
Dates are ready for 2019, when the second version of CONNECTA will be held the 17-18th May in Goiania, Brazil. So, save the date for two days of exceptional lectures, case discussion and the experience to meet great experts in Interventional Neuroradiology in Latin America.
