OBJECTIVES	Compare efficacy of a combined approach with intravenous t-PA+endovascular therapy (EVT) vs intravenous t-PA alone.
STUDY	Phase 3, international, multicenter, randomized, open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome.
POPULATION	Stroke within 3 hours after symptom onset receiving intravenous t-PA, NIHSS>10 or NIHSS 8 or 9 with M1 occlusion.
ENDPOINTS	90 days mRS ≤2.
