Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:

Cancellation received until January 27, 2025: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
Cancellation received from January 28, 2025: no refund

Cancellation requests must be sent to the registration department by email at: [email protected]

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
