Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:
- Cancellation received until January 10, 2024: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
- Cancellation received after January 10, 2024: no refund
Live broadcast registration
Can’t make it to Miami? You can register to access the live broadcast of the Seminar. You will have access to all the Seminar content, except the Complications session on February 22 from 4.10pm to 6.20pm.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellation received after February 15, 2024: a fee of USD 25 will be charged
