Registration fees

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation received until Jan 31, 2022: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
• Cancellation received after Jan 31, 2022: no refund
• All modifications and cancellations must be notified in writing to Europa Organisation

The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for neither double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.

Ticket is fully refundable in case of impossibility to join the congress physically due to the pandemic situation. An official document may be required.
